SOME RECORDS ARE EXEMPT FROM DISCLOSURE:

The Public Records Act and other statues list certain types of documents that are exempt from public inspection and copying (RCW 42.56).  The City of Pasco will not disclose lists of individuals for commercial purposes (RCW 42.56.070(8)).  If only a portion of a document is exempt from disclosure, the Public Records Officer will redact the exempt portion before providing the documents.

FIRE & EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES RECORDS:

For Fire & Emergency Medical Services Incident Records, Email billings@pasco-wa.gov; or Sent by Mail to Fire Administration - 525 N. Third Avenue.

9-1-1/NON-EMERGENCY DISPATCH:

POLICE RECORDS:

For Police Incident Reports, Email records@pasco-wa.gov; or Call Police Records Unit at 509-545-3421; or In-Person at Police Community Services Building - 215 W. Sylvester Avenue; or Mailed to Pasco Police Department Records Unit - 525 N. Third Avenue. 

BODY WORN CAMERA VIDEO REQUESTS:

Requests must be done by completing the Request For Public Records Form in-person or may be submitted online.  If seeking a waiver for processing fees, a copy of photo identification must be include in your request to determine direct involvement in the recorded incident.  If ineligible for a video redaction fee waiver, video redaction charges will apply at the staff rate of $46.59.  An estimate would be provided and a 10% deposit is required prior to the request being processed.
